At The Lemon Lady Store, we work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with a little extra sunshine.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description.

Once your order is prepared, it will be shipped using your selected shipping method.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.


📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
If you’re outside the U.S. and want to order, reach out—we may be able to work something out.


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.


⚠️ Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
  • Weather or natural events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.


🏠 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
  • Include photos (if damaged)

We’ll work with you to make it right—no runaround.
